• Bible Studies: Weekly Bible studies give men the opportunity to develop their spiritual muscles. Each study is announced at church and in the bulletin. This continues to be a great time of learning and growth through God's Word and discussion with other men.
  • Catalyst: We meet together on the fourth Tuesday of the month to view and discuss a DVD series to encourage spiritual growth and change. Bring dinner and stay for fellowship afterward.
  • Men's Wilderness Trips:  Passports are needed for this adventure!  The men drive to Ontario, Canada in late spring or summer for a week of primitive camping in the wilderness.  Backpacking, canoeing, and fishing are just a few of the activities for the week.  Men who are 18 years or older are welcome to come.
  • Men's Softball: Painesville Towship Park is the setting for the summer Saturday evening double header games and playoffs.
  • Annual Men's Golf Outing: Eighteen holes in one; I mean one great time! No matter what your handicap we guarantee weather, golf, food, prizes, and fellowship.

  • Bible Studies: Do you have a hunger to learn more about the Bible and what it reveals about God, you, and the times in which we live? Join us as we study God's Word together.
  • Ladies Luncheons: Luncheons take place several times during the year. A favorite is the Holiday Tea.
  • Ladies Nights Out: Do you like to eat? Do you like to laugh? The third Tuesday of the month the ladies gather at an area resaurant for a relaxing time of fellowship. Please join us so we can get to know each other better.
  • Focus On Fitness: The ladies meet once a week for a walking exercise program on DVD.  Wear your sneakers, comfortable workout clothes, and don't forget a water bottle.
  • Side-by-Side: Are you new in the Lord? Allow someone to come beside you and minister God's Word to you.

  • Check the Youth website for updates:
  • Sunday School: Sunday school is an important time for spiritual growth in the life of a teen. The classes are designed to meet the spiritual needs of the different stages of teen life.
  • JWalkers: Teens who have musical and vocal talent make up the youth band, JWalkers. The perform special music on occasion for the Sunday morning worship. They lead singing every Wednesday during CrossWalk.
  • CROSSWALK: Live Music. Bible Study. Friends. For Junior High and High School students, Wednesdays 6:30-8:15pm
  • Acts of Service: Teens are invited to serve in the church in a variety of ways. They are often asked to do special music for the Sunday worship services. Qualified teens help out once a month in Beginner church and the AWANA program. They have also helped to serve in Ladies' luncheons, banquets, and as ushers during the Sunday worship services.
  • Year-Round Activities: Each month the leaders plan a fun activity that is usually away from the church. It provides an opportunity for the teens to get to know each other better and to bring to friends in a non-church setting.
  • Summer Activities: During the summer, CrossWalk is held at the homes of various church families. We'd love to have you join us for food, music, Bible lessons, and games. In addition to weekly meetings, teens have opportunities for week-long trips and camps that serve to get teens our of routine and comforts of everyday life. It is a time to turn their eyes, ears, and hearts toward God and His Word.

  • Sunday School: Classes are available for children of all ages.
  • AWANA: Our clubs for preschoolers (3 yrs & up)-6th graders meet on Wednesday evenings during the school year from 6:30pm to 8:15pm. AWANA is made up of three different groups:

    • The Cubbies curriculum recognizes the spiritual potential of preschoolers by helping them develop respect for God, Jesus Christ, and His Word.
    • The Sparks curriculum takes K-2nd grade children into God's Word while giving regular opportunities to hear the gospel and come to faith in Jesus Christ.
    • Truth & Training is divided into boys' and girls' clubs and reflects the passion of AWANA to teach 3rd-6th graders the Truth of God's Word and to train them to follow Christ in their daily lives.

  • Each Wednesday's club meetings are divided into three segments:
    • Bible teaching and award presentations,
    • small group handbook interaction and section passing,
    • age-appropriate games on the AWANA game circle.
